Dementia Caregiver Support Group
This support group, held at the Maple Grove Community Center, is presented by Portwind at Maple Grove and the Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter.
Come build a support system with people who understand. Conducted by trained facilitators, our support group is a safe place for caregivers, family, and friends to:
- Develop a support system
- Exchange practical information on caregiving challenges and possible solutions
- Talk through issues and ways of coping
- Share feelings, needs, and concerns
- Learn about community resources
